To request an urgent appointment for today or tomorrow (Monday to Friday)
- use our appointment request form, Monday to Friday from 7:30am to 10am. All requests are acknowledged the same day. They are then triaged and then patients are contacted the same day to advise of the outcome.

- visit the surgery and speak with a receptionist, Monday to Friday, when we are open

- face to face at the surgery
- on a video call
- by text or email.
Appointments by phone, video call or by text or email can be more flexible and often means the doctor or nurse can help you sooner.

Book an appointment to see a GP, Advanced Nurse Practitioner, Nurse or Health Care Assistant. Appointments are available from 6:30pm to 9pm on weekdays and 10am to 4pm on weekends and Bank Holidays. Registered Wigan Borough patients can call 01942 482 848 to book an appointment to speak to a clinician. Booking line times are 8am to 8pm on weekdays and 8am to 4pm weekends and Bank Holidays
