What We’re Doing Next

We’ve listened carefully to your feedback and are already taking action to make your experience even better:

  • Waiting area: We’re reviewing the layout to see if we are able to move some chairs to a quieter area, whilst maintaining the confidentiality of the reception desk area.  We also have some chairs with tall backs for extra comfort.
  • Background radio: We’’ adjust the volume and placement so it doesn’t interfere with conversations in the waiting area.
  • Reception privacy: We’ll display a clear option near the reception desk so you can ask for privacy if you need it.
  • Enhanced access: We’ll make sure information about services available outside our usual hours is easier to find – including enhanced access appointments.

Thank You

A huge thank you to everyone who took part in the survey.
